Refund policy

At FREEGEN, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy to understand how refunds and returns work.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as final sale, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at freegencloth@gmail.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at freegencloth@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item for quicker resolution.
