FreeGen Shipping Policy

At FreeGen, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for our customers. Please review the following policy to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: Select countries (availability may vary by region).

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.


Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight/size of your order. You will see the available options and costs at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be extended due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Depending on your location, carriers may include:

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your delivery.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. FreeGen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at freegencloth@gmail.com. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
